How long does production take?

Most personalized keepsakes take 3–7 business days to create before they ship, since each one is made to order.

What photo should I upload?

A clear, well-lit photo works best. Close-ups of a face or pet, with good lighting and minimal background clutter, give the best results.

Can I see a preview before it ships?

Yes — once your design is ready, we send a digital proof to your email for approval before production begins.

What if I made a mistake on my order?

Contact us within 4 hours of placing your order at support@elarion.com and we'll update it before production starts.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after production.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Email us a photo of the damaged item within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement.

Can I include a Bible verse or custom message?

Many of our pieces support an optional custom message or Bible verse — just add it in the personalization field on the product page.
